My Wayne. Oh and did I mention how hunky he is? Eat your heart out ladies! My hubbaroo!
So this is Wayne -- and yes, I adore him. He's mine, all mine, haha! Our love story began at the beginning of 2007 and never stopped. We have been married three incredible years [August 16, 2008] and have witnessed mountain top experiences together, heartbreak, unexplainable love, foreign countries, loss, and pure joy. We live our lives for our God... the creator of the universe and we seek to honor him in all that we do. There's nothing more powerful than that.
My husband works his butt off for our little family. He is a painter in an auto body shop in Sacramento and has truly proven his dedication not only there... but in everything he does. He and I also run the teen ministry at our church. It's been a rough road with it's many challenges, but there are very few things as special as the relationships that we have with those teenagers. As the ministry leaders to a group of "unchurched" young men (and some young women) we've dealt with parenting issues, drugs, alcoholism, suspected pregnancies, extreme depression, emotional turmoil, lack of faith, jail, arrests, juvenille hall, emotional and physical abuse, no faith, the effects of foster care, lonliness, the dangers of lying, death and lives of destruction... but that being said, we've also encountered MORE of our God... through lives changed, emotional stability, incridible testimony, adoption, a God revealed, full-on faith and radical callings. All in all... we are SO incredibly blessed to share in the lives of our teens. We love them like they are our own. Each and every one of them is so unexplainably beautiful.
